Northside is the result of an experiment that worked. It is a trusted and respected community resource and a thriving and innovative organization. As government funding diminishes, we are reaching out in a more systematic way to individuals, foundations and corporations who share our concern for the lives of these children and their families.
The work that takes place at Northside requires time, patience, sensitivity and resources. Thanks to the many gracious supporters of Northside Center, we have been able to provide high quality services to the children and families of East and Central Harlem.
For more than 60 years, the generosity of others has helped make Northside what it is today and as we look toward the future, we hope that gifts of love and support will continue, helping our children, families, and community grow.

- MAKE A MEMORIAL OR TRIBUTE GIFT
A wonderful way to honor a family member or friend is to make a gift
in memory of or in tribute to him or her. Tribute gifts can be made for
any happy occasion, such as birthdays, weddings, anniversaries and in
place of holiday gifts. Whatever the reason, you can feel good that your
gift is twice given—once to your dear one and in helping others.
This is a great opportunity to double your contribution to Northside Center
for Child Development. Check with your company or organization to
determine if there is a Matching Gift Program.
You can continue to support Northside Center for Child Development’s
programs through your will or a charitable gift annuity. Through your
will, you may leave all or a portion of your estate to Northside Center
for Child Development. With a charitable gift annuity, you receive an
income for life and the remaining balance of the donation goes to
Northside Center for Child Development.
